CEG is unveiling a new type of business space for small to medium sized businesses at its Tricorn House and Alpha Tower developments in Birmingham.

Known as “Let Ready,” the studios will challenge traditional office space in the city by offering smaller businesses the benefits & amenities of these high quality locations on all-inclusive rents and flexible terms.  

Providing beautifully designed offices for teams of 12 to 40, the fully furnished and ready cabled studios allow businesses to move and grow with ease knowing every detail is taken care of.

At Tricorn House, the launch of Let Ready goes hand in hand with the transformation of basement & round floors, which will offer a fully equipped gym, fitness studio, cycle storage, showers, changing rooms & lockers, brand new café & reception and an informal business lounge providing spaces to meet, eat and collaborate for all tenants.

At Alpha, the studios will transform two upper floors of the 27 storey tower, where customers can enjoy fabulous views of the city and tenants can take advantage of the proximity to CEG’s thriving collaborative workspace Alpha Works, offering a curated events & lifestyle programme, Hot-Desk & meeting room space and the opportunity to network whilst working.
